Valve Repair & Refurbishing
At DHB Valves, we offer the entire range of valve repair services from simple repairs to total refurbishment. Each situation is unique; however our general process follows these steps:

General Inspection:
The valve is received and inspected at a high level.

Dismantling and Cleaning:
The valve is taken apart and each part is thoroughly cleaned.

Re-Inspection:
The individual pieces are inspected in detail.

Repairing or Replacing:
Depending on the level of wear, parts are lapped and machined or completely replaced.

Assembling and Testing:
Valve is reassembled and tested to meet appropriate standards.

Finishing:
The valve is painted, finalized and tagged with a seal. A certificate of conformity is provided.
