At DHB Valves, we offer the entire range of valve repair services from simple repairs to total refurbishment. Each situation is unique; however our general process follows these steps:

Inspection générale :
The valve is received and inspected at a high level. -
Démontage et nettoyage :
The valve is taken apart and each part is thoroughly cleaned. -
Réinspection :
The individual pieces are inspected in detail. -
Repairing or Replacing:
Depending on the level of wear, parts are lapped and machined or completely replaced. -
Assemblage et test :
Valve is reassembled and tested to meet appropriate standards. -
Finition :
The valve is painted, finalized and tagged with a seal. A certificate of conformity is provided.
